COMEDK 2016 will held in May 2016. The Candidates will have to write it in offline mode, in more than 135 centers through out the country. The Application forms, along information brochure, will be issued soon. COMEDK 2016 Application Form

It is also known as Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka, conducting body of the exams, It will issue application form online in March 2015. Specific date has yet not been announced but we will soon host the link, for the same, here as soon as forms will be published.

COMEDK 2016 application form will be available on online mode only. Candidates will not be able to avail it from any other source. The Conducting body will issue it on the official websites. The Candidates will have to submit it in the due period and format, else request for application will be rejected. However, before knowing the application procedures The, candidates are advised to check these important points below.

COMEDK 2016 Application Form- Formalities Before Form Filling

Candidates must check the speed of internet, it should be rapid enough.
Candidates must also keep a valid e-mail id and phone number ready.
Before filling form, documents listed below must also be kept withing the reach, as they will be required:

Demand Draft, generated for relative amount.
Class X and XII mark sheet (class XII mark sheet if applicable).
Certificate of Category.
Certificate stating official name of Parents.
Annual family income.
Test center, where candidates wish to write the exam.

COMEDK 2016 Application Fee Payment

To submit COMEDK 2016 application form, candidates will require Demand Draft number. So, candidates must remit COMEDK 2016 application fee, before form filling.

Fee for 3 subjects i.e. PCB or PCM will be around Rs. 1200. However, for 4 subjects i.e PCMB, it will be Rs. 1500. It can be remitted to any nationalized bank (will be mentioned in Annexure of due info. brochure), in favor of “COMEDK”, payable at Karnataka.

COMEDK 2016 Application Procedure

To submit COMEDK 2016 application form correctly, candidates may either access the official website or link above (which will be active when form will be released).

Then candidates must read all the instructions to fill COMEDK 2016 application form, thoroughly. When done, click on “I Agree”.

Candidates will be then directed to application form. Each area in form should be filled with precised, authentic and valid information. Misleading information will be harmful for candidature.

When all the details are filled, candidates must revise them, so that the errors can be rectified. When satisfied, submit it and secure computer generated 6 digit application number.

Lastly, download two copy of completely filled application form. Retain one safely, while, enclose another with DD and required document and post it to address below:

Documents to be Send Along COMEDK 2016 Application Form

Documents, copy of which candidates will have enclose along application form, are listed below:

Class X and XII mark sheet
Certificate of category/minority, issued by authorized body (for SC,ST, OBC of Karnataka). I
Online study certificate. This will be prescribed by COMEDK. Candidates must get it signed from head of the institute last attended.
Hard copy of COMEDK 2015 Application Form.
Demand Draft, for relative amount.

Guideline to Fill Details in COMEDK 2016 Application Form

Name must be the same as that in class X certificate.
Date of birth must also be the same as that in class X certificate or in as in certificate of birth.
Father and mother name should be official, either as in their certificates or as that which was entered during class X registration.
Candidates must specify clearly the course they are applying for, like MMBS/ BDS/ B.E etc or all.
Candidates must mention their category, only if they have a valid certificate of proof.
Linguistic Minority, will include Tulu/ Telugu/ Konkai language.
